The picture on the left is the main leg/body tilt motor, the one on the right is for the center leg extend/retract motor. These were a pain in the butt to mount...very little room to work with and still be able to get the center ankle and foot to fit, along with all the other "goodies".
Here are some pics from my power coupler run. Jerry Greene designed the new couplers. Previously I did a run of aluminum leg struts, and next up are the octagon ports.
Another pic of the main tilt motor. Hopefully the frame will be strong enough to handle the force imposed by this motor. we will soon find out!

You win a few, you lose a few...

After putting everything together I realized that the ankle cylinders on the middle foot were going to collide with the motor mounts! So I tore everything apart and started cutting.

My solution was to cut the base of each motor mount out, and replace it with aluminum angle to form a cutout for the ankle cylinders.

It had been a challenge to fit all the hardware neeed for the 2-3-2 and still have room for the ankle and center foot. Hopefully this will still be strong enough to handle the torque from the motor and all the stress that the main legs will put on the frame when in motion.
